Step 1 — Download the plugin

One small file (about 26 KB), current version v0.4. Save it anywhere you'll find it — Downloads is fine.

Step 2 — Install it in Claude

1.Open the Claude desktop app (this needs the app, not claude.ai in a browser — and a paid Claude plan, Pro or Max).

2.Open a Cowork chat and drag the downloaded file into it. (Alternate path: Settings → Capabilities → add the plugin from a file.)

3.Click Install / Accept on the preview card that appears. That's it — LeadJens Core and its four skills are in.

Step 3 — Say "set me up"

1.Start a new Cowork chat and say: "set me up." That starts the Chief-of-Staff onboarding interview.

2.Answer the interview. Have handy: your market, who you serve, and two or three real emails or posts you've written (that's how it learns your voice). About 20 minutes.

3.Then try your first real output: "build a tour brief for [buyers] on [date]" · "we closed on [address]" · "review this disclosure packet for [address]."

Pro tip — talk, don't type. These skills are only as good as the context you give them, and speaking is 3–4× faster than typing. Voice dictation like Wispr Flow (free trial) makes the onboarding interview dramatically better.
