LeadJens is a service of High Ceiling Advisory LLC (doing business as LeadJens), a California business. By using this site or requesting an assessment, you agree to these terms.

Everything published on this site — articles, FAQs, guides, the AI Visibility Index — is general information, not legal, financial, or brokerage advice for your specific situation. Use your own judgment and your own advisors.
No guaranteed outcomes
LeadJens builds visibility: the machine-readable presence that lets AI engines find, understand, and cite you. What we never promise — because nobody honestly can — is a specific AI ranking, a specific answer from any AI engine, or a specific number of leads or closings. AI engines change how they answer without notice, and results depend heavily on the work you put in on your side. Any results described on this site (including the case study) are real but individual; yours will vary.
Assessments are point-in-time snapshots
An AI Visibility Score measures how you show up across public sources and AI engines on the day it's run. Those sources change constantly, so a score is a snapshot, not a permanent grade — and re-running the same assessment later can produce a different number through no one's fault.
Intellectual property
The LeadJens name, the AI Visibility Score rubric, the site's content, and the methods and materials we use stay the property of High Ceiling Advisory LLC. Deliverables we prepare for you are yours to use for your own business; that doesn't transfer ownership of the underlying rubric, templates, or methods, and it doesn't license you to resell them.
Third-party services
The site links to and relies on third-party services (Google Calendar for booking, AI engines we assess against, platforms you maintain profiles on). Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for them.
Liability
The site and free assessment are provided as-is. To the maximum extent California law allows, High Ceiling Advisory LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or free materials.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be handled in California courts.
Changes
If these terms change materially, we'll update this page and the effective date below.
