Fit & qualification
Nobody pays me before we've talked. You take the free assessment, we spend fifteen minutes on what it found, and if I don't think I can move your number — or I think you'd be fine without me — I'll say so and we're done.
Nobody pays me before we've talked. You take the free assessment, I run it myself and send you what I found, and then we spend fifteen minutes on it: what's actually broken, what it would take to fix, and whether that's worth your money. If I don't think I can move your number, I'll tell you. If I think you're fine without me, I'll tell you that too. I'd rather lose the sale than take money for work that won't change anything.
Three groups, mainly. Agents in their first few years, who need a real estate coach more than they need me. Agents who want to hand this off entirely and never think about it again. And anyone who already has someone handling their content and profiles well — if the work is genuinely getting done, you don't need me. There's a fourth worth naming: if you're technical and you'd rather do this yourself, do it. Take the assessment and go.
No. Get a real estate coach instead. Learn the contracts, learn how to run a transaction cleanly, learn how to take care of people when it goes sideways. AI visibility matters once you have a track record worth surfacing, and in your first few years the thing that compounds is competence, not search presence. I'm not going to pretend otherwise to sell you something.
Then I'm not your person. Everything gets drafted for you, but AI can't have your fifteen years — your voice, your read on this market, the deal that went sideways and what it taught you. That only exists in one place. We use AI to get it out of your head, not to replace it with something anyone could have generated. That's about an hour a month from you. I'm looking for people who want a partner in this, not a vendor they forward things to.
Yes, and some of you should. I learned it on my own business before I sold it to anybody. Take the assessment, take the report, and run with it — it's yours either way, and I'd rather you fix it yourself than pay me for something you'd enjoy doing. If you get stuck, or it keeps sliding under things that matter more, you know where I am. Here's the honest comparison of doing it yourself versus hiring it out. Usually not. Pulse is a foundation: monitoring and fixes. It rarely changes a business by itself. If the assessment says you need a cleanup and nothing more, I'll say so. What I'm looking for is a gap worth working on over time, not a one-time tidy.
Start with the assessment
I run every assessment myself and send you what I found. If it turns out you don't need me, I'll tell you that too.
