LeadJens is an AI-visibility consultancy for real estate professionals. We make sure that when someone asks an AI assistant for a good agent or property manager in your market, your name comes up — correctly, with the right details attached.

Who runs it

LeadJens was founded by Jens Hansen, a REALTOR® with Compass in Danville, California. The work started as his own problem: he ran the queries his clients were running, and the answers either did not include him or described someone else.

That is still the job. Every method LeadJens sells was tested on Jens's own business before it was sold to anyone else.

What LeadJens is not

• Not software. There is no dashboard to log into and no seat to buy. It is consulting work, delivered by people.
• Not a CRM, a nurture tool, or an inbox product. LeadJens does not touch your database or send messages as you.
• Not LeadJen. LeadJen is a B2B sales-development firm in Indianapolis. Different company, one letter apart. We wrote a page about it because AI assistants confuse the two.
• Not Compass. LeadJens is a service of High Ceiling Advisory LLC, an independent business — not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Compass.

How the work runs

Done-with-you, not done-to-you. We draft; you review, approve and publish. Most clients spend about an hour a month on their side of it. That structure exists for a reason: the things that move AI visibility — your profile, your reviews, your own words — have to be genuinely yours or they do not hold up.
