Plain English, because that's how I do everything else: LeadJens collects the information you choose to give it, uses it to deliver what you asked for, and doesn't sell it. Here's the detail.
Who we are
LeadJens is a service of High Ceiling Advisory LLC (doing business as LeadJens), a California business run by Jens Hansen. Questions about this policy or your data: jens@leadjens.com.
What we collect
- Assessment form. When you request a free AI Visibility Score, you submit your name, email, market, and — optionally — brokerage, transaction volume, whether you lean listings or buyers, links to your website and public profiles (Google Business Profile, Zillow, Realtor.com, Instagram, LinkedIn), how you heard about LeadJens, and any notes you add. Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms, a form-relay service, and delivered to our email.
- Email consent. The assessment form includes a checkbox consenting to receive your score and occasional insights by email. We keep a record of that consent.
- Insights subscription. If you subscribe to Index updates on the blog, we collect your email address. Those submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting provider.
- Booking. "Book a call" links go to Google Calendar's appointment scheduling. Anything you enter there (name, email, appointment details) is handled by Google under Google's own privacy policy.
- Analytics. The site uses Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics tool. It records aggregate usage — pages visited, referrer, approximate location from IP, device type — without cross-site tracking cookies and without building a profile of you. We don't run Google Analytics, ad pixels, or remarketing tags.
- Hosting and fonts. The site is hosted on Netlify and loads fonts from Google Fonts; like any web request, those services technically receive your IP address to serve the page.
How we use it
- To research and deliver your AI Visibility Score and the plain-English summary that comes with it.
- To reply to you and, if you consented, to send occasional insights email. Every email includes an unsubscribe option, and unsubscribing works.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information. We don't share it with third parties for their marketing. The only parties that touch your data are the service providers named above, and only to run this site and deliver what you requested.
Your California rights (CCPA)
If you're a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask for a copy of it, to ask us to delete it, and to not be discriminated against for exercising any of those rights. Since we don't sell personal information, there's nothing to opt out of on that front. To exercise any of these rights, email jens@leadjens.com — no forms, no runaround. We'll verify it's you and respond within the timelines the CCPA requires.
Retention
We keep assessment submissions and email addresses for as long as we're working with you or you stay subscribed. Ask us to delete your data and we will, unless a legal obligation requires keeping it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the effective date below.
