Built for agents who are good at the job
but running on improvisation.
You're closing deals — but the follow-up isn't happening, the content isn't going out, and the leads in your database aren't being worked. LeadJens builds the systems that change that.
The agents who consistently outperform their peers aren't working more hours. They've built repeatable systems that work when they're not looking. Here's where most agents are bleeding time and opportunity:
No generic templates. No guesswork. Everything is built specifically for your business, your market, and your voice.
Everything is built for your business specifically — your market, your voice, your workflow. Not software. Not generic advice. Real systems, built and tested.
What LeadJens Is Not
LeadJens is a hands-on partnership. I take work off your plate — permanently. You approve the strategy. I build the system, run the campaigns, and keep the pipeline moving. Your job is to close deals. Mine is to make sure you never run out of them.
Before real estate, I spent 15+ years as a VP of Sales — hiring, training, and building systems for sales teams. I watched the same pattern repeat itself over and over: the people who built repeatable systems consistently outperformed the people who were talented but winging it. Every time.
When I became a solo agent, I built my entire business on those same principles — and the marketing systems I've developed have changed how I work. I test everything on my own practice first. Then I teach it. That's the LeadJens difference: every system you get, I've already run myself.
Here's something most agents won't admit: the part of the job that directly leads to more revenue — prospecting — is the part they avoid most. I'm the opposite. It's the work I love. The outreach, the follow-up, the relationship-building that creates a pipeline from nothing. I built LeadJens to systematize that energy for agents who are exceptional at the actual real estate work but want a partner who genuinely enjoys the grind that feeds it.
LeadJens started with a conversation on pool floats. My older sister has been a successful Realtor in Sonoma County for years. She knows the job inside and out — and she's good at it. But like most established agents, she was spending all her time in the business and none of it on the business. No real systems. No process for turning one closed deal into three more. We'd been trying to figure out how to work together for years, but she lives in Santa Rosa and I'm in Danville. Then it clicked: everything she needed, I could build and deliver from right here. LeadJens was built for agents like her — not the brand-new agent still learning contracts, and not the mega-team with a full support staff. The experienced agent doing real volume, who's great at the actual job, but running on improvisation instead of infrastructure. That's who this is for.
I'm genuinely obsessed with what AI can do for a real estate business right now — not theoretically, not eventually. Right now. I completed Allie Miller's AI Agent Mastermind certification not because I needed a credential, but because I wanted to go deeper. I read the research, test the tools, and build the workflows. That's what I do. And the honest reason I built LeadJens is simple: I'm here to learn the AI and figure out how it applies to your business so you don't have to. You shouldn't need to understand prompt engineering or automation stacks to run a better operation. That's my job. I'm here to be a thought partner, build real executables based on what you actually need, and stay on the cutting edge so you can stay focused on what you do best — selling real estate.
I built this site in an afternoon — and I can build your lead systems faster than you'd expect.
That's the point. Speed without shortcuts.
Everything I've built and learned — laid out so any agent can pick it up without a tech background. Quick wins, real workflows, honest advice.
