Learn to run AI in your own business.
The AI Operator Intensive is six 60-minute 1-on-1 sessions for agents who want to learn to do this themselves. The sessions follow one arc, from setting up your AI stack to a weekly routine you run on your own. If you would rather have it done with you, the Prism and the monthly plans are built for that. If you have one specific bottleneck, LeadJens Liaison scopes it as a project.
Agents who want to learn to run AI in their own business and will do the work between sessions. If you already know you will not do it yourself, coaching is the wrong purchase. The done-with-you plans exist for exactly that, and the first call sorts out which one fits.
Session 1 is foundations and your AI stack setup. Session 2 builds a content engine in your voice. Session 3 covers lead nurture and follow-up automation. Session 4 is listing and market workflows: listing copy, CMAs, market reports and listing social. Session 5 is AI visibility, so buyers and sellers can find you. Session 6 turns it into a repeatable weekly AI routine.
The AI Operator Intensive is $3,600 for six 60-minute sessions at the launch price, which rises to $4,500 later. It is paid upfront or 50/50, and sessions run weekly or every other week. If you want to try it first, a single 90-minute intensive is $750 and credits toward the full program if you continue within 14 days.
No. Everything runs in plain English, and the first session sets up the tools with you. I built every system I use in my own real estate business from a standing start, so the sessions explain each step in plain language and assume no technical background.
A course gives everyone the same lessons. These sessions are 1-on-1 and built on your business: your listings, your follow-up, your content. I keep only a few coaching clients at a time so each one gets that attention, and the program ends with a routine you run yourself.
You run your weekly routine on your own, with the systems from all six sessions in place and in your own accounts. Some agents find partway through that they would rather hand the work off, and that is fine: the monthly plans on the services page pick up from there.
Free help exists, and it's worth using first. ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini all have free plans, many brokerages run AI trainings, and my free beginner's guide to Claude for agents walks through a first setup. What free help can't do is sit with you and build AI around your own listings, clients and week. That part is what the sessions are for. To see the kind of systems we would build, read how I use AI in my own week.
I can only speak for this program. A single 90-minute AI intensive is $750. The six-session AI Operator Intensive is $3,600 at the launch price, and the 90-minute session credits toward it if you continue within 14 days. Both are 1-on-1 and focused on AI in your own business, which is narrower than general sales coaching.
