Will clients know I used AI? · content that doesn’t sound like every other agent

They’ll know if it sounds like everyone else.

Ask ChatGPT for a listing post and you get the same words every other agent got that morning. The fix is a process: start from how you actually talk, clean out the tells, and have a second reader check it before it ships. That process is how the LeadJens Prism works. If a term is new, see the glossary; for the rules on AI and advertising, read is it legal for realtors to use AI.

Will buyers and sellers notice if I use AI to write my listing descriptions?

They'll notice when it sounds like every other listing, and unedited AI makes everything sound like every other listing. In the National Association of REALTORS® 2025 technology survey, 46% of agents said they already use AI-generated content, so the same stock phrases now show up across a whole market at once. One UK agent quoted by The Negotiator in April 2025 called competitors' AI descriptions "bland, lifeless copy." Clients don't need to know how a post was made to feel that it wasn't written by anyone in particular.

How do you make AI content sound like you?

Start every draft from a written profile of your voice instead of a blank prompt. At LeadJens that profile is called a Voice Lens. It's built from your own writing and a recorded interview: how you talk, what you believe about the business, who your clients are and what you'd never say. Every piece of content starts from it, so the first draft already uses your words and your opinions. A blank prompt can only give you the average of everyone else's.

What checks a draft before it ships?

Two passes and a person.

  • The cleanup pass strips the tells: stock phrases, tidy lists of three, the "it's not just X, it's Y" sentence, and endings that summarize instead of saying what to do next.
  • The pre-ship review is a separate reader, kept apart from the drafting, that looks for claims the source doesn't support, facts that drifted, and anything that sounds like a robot or a brochure.
  • You approve it. We draft; you approve and press publish. Nothing goes out under your name without you.

What does that look like on a real sale?

One closing became a set of content without naming the client. In October 2026 I closed 559 Old Orchard Drive in Danville, where I represented the buyers. After it closed, it became the source for a "Tale of the Sale" run: one story about what happened in the deal, drafted in my voice as an Instagram carousel, a blog post, a LinkedIn post and a Google Business Profile post. The story is about the home and the process. The people stay private.

Does AI-generated content hurt my website's SEO?

Not for being AI. Google's published guidance from February 2023 says it rewards helpful, original content however it's produced and treats mass-produced pages made mainly to game rankings as spam. AI answer engines work the same way in practice: they quote pages that say something specific and checkable. Generic content fails on both counts, and specific content written in your voice passes both.

Questions agents ask about AI content

Can AI write my listing descriptions?

It can write a solid first draft from accurate facts, and it's quick. Give it the real details, your own notes on what makes the home different, and your voice profile, then edit it. Check every feature against the listing itself, and keep the description about the property rather than the people you picture living there.

How much editing does AI content need?

Less when it starts from your voice profile and real facts, more when it starts from a one-line prompt. Plan on reading every word and changing a few sentences into things only you would say. If you're rewriting most of it, the input was too thin: give it your notes, your opinions and the specific detail about the home or the market.

Should I tell my audience I use AI for content?

That's your call. What matters more is that every post is accurate, specific and something you'd stand behind in person. For altered listing photos in California, labeling isn't optional: AB 723 requires it. The details are on the AI and the rules page.

What is a Voice Lens?

A Voice Lens is the written profile of how one agent talks, what they believe and who they serve, built from their own writing and a recorded interview. LeadJens uses it as the starting point for every piece of that agent's content, so drafts come out in their words. It's the first thing built when someone starts the Prism.

Can AI learn my voice from emails I've already written?

Your past writing is the best raw material there is, as long as it's yours and not a template. A few real emails, posts or texts show how you open, how long your sentences run and what you never say. Pair them with a short interview about your opinions and the voice gets much closer than samples alone.
