AI-ready websites for real estate agents · LeadJens Partner

A website AI can read, built and run for you.

Partner is the full LeadJens engagement, and it includes your website: LeadJens builds the site, your domain points at it, and one vendor handles the hosting and the technical work. You review and approve. To see what LeadJens produced for one agent in 18 days, read the case study. To see where your current site stands, run the five-minute self-check. Every plan is on the services page.

Who builds websites for real estate agents that show up in AI search?

LeadJens Partner does. The site is built so answer engines can reach it, read it and quote it: search crawlers allowed, your facts in the page HTML, and structured data that names you, your market and your brokerage. It follows the same approach leadjens.com is built on, including a plain-text copy of every page for AI agents to read.

How much does an AI-ready website from LeadJens cost?

Partner is $997 a month and is the full LeadJens engagement, with the site, hosting and care included. Setup fees and website builds are quoted separately and are never waived. We would rather publish that here than surprise you with it on a call.

Can you work with the website I already have?

Usually not under Partner. If you already have a site you want to keep on another platform, Partner is probably not the right fit, and we would rather tell you that here than after you have spent time on a call. The other plans are on the services page.

What makes a website AI-ready?

Three things. Engines can reach it, because the search crawlers are not blocked. They can read it, because the facts are in the HTML and not loaded later by a script. They can quote it, because claims are plain sentences with the source and date beside them. Structured data helps engines tell you apart from someone with a similar name, though Google says valid markup does not guarantee you appear.

I have no website today. Is that a problem?

No, that is the easy case. LeadJens handles the domain setup, the build, the hosting and the technical work end to end, and you review and approve. Starting from nothing also means there is no old site to migrate and no conflicting version of your details for an engine to find.

Will a new website get me recommended by ChatGPT?

Not by itself. A readable site lets an engine describe you accurately once it finds you. Being recommended also depends on evidence the engine can check elsewhere, such as reviews on platforms it reads and a complete Google Business Profile. Partner works on both, and this post explains the difference.
