Proof of what LeadJens runs · dated evidence from a working practice

My own practice is the lab.

Every claim on this site about AI should trace to something that ran on a date. This page is that list: one named client result, two Google reviews, my own site measured in public, the systems in daily use, and what I have not built yet. The method behind the client result is in the case study, the systems are explained in how a working realtor uses AI, and the services are at AI for agents.

What has the work produced for a client?

Andrew Guglielmi, a property manager and REALTOR® in San Mateo, scored 17 out of 100 on his first AI visibility assessment on June 5, 2026, and received his first client lead from an AI search on June 23, 2026, 18 days later. He had no website and no Google Business Profile when we started.

By late August 2026 he had four AI-attributed inbound leads in seven days (August 20 to 26). A fifth inquiry that month couldn't say where it found him, so it isn't counted.

On October 16, 2026, ChatGPT, used logged out, named him among three San Mateo professionals to contact about whether to sell or rent an inherited house. He was the only one listed who does both real estate sales and property management. The full timeline is in the case study.

What do clients say?

“That one lead alone validated everything.”

Andrew Guglielmi, REALTOR® & Property Manager, SC Properties (Google review)

“Jens knows his stuff, explains things simply, and was super responsive the whole way through.”

Spencer Jenkins, Associate Director, Newmark (Google review)

Do you run the same work on yourself?

Yes, and the numbers are not flattering yet. On October 22, 2026, I fixed the structured data on my own real estate website, jenshansenhomes.com. The schema validator went from two errors to zero the same evening, and my provisional AI visibility score moved from 25 to 28 out of 100. That's still low. It's measured with the same provisional rubric I use for clients, which is the only way the next number means anything.

What runs every day or week, and since when?

These systems are in use now, each with a dated record. None of them sends to a client on its own.

  • The daily follow-up runner: ranked lists on file from October 18 to October 22, 2026. Rules are on the AI follow-up page.
  • The client check-in dispatcher: a heartbeat line written on every daily run since September 30, 2026.
  • The cloud watchdog: checks every day that the other systems ran, and works when my computer is off.
  • The monthly AI-answer collector: installed September 15, 2026, and last recorded answers for 10 tracked businesses on October 20, 2026.
  • The weekly command sheet: generated on October 5, 12 and 19, 2026.
  • The monthly market report: I send it to about 261 people in my sphere; issues went out in June, July, September and October 2026.
  • Outbound drafting for LeadJens: weekday batches of drafted first notes and follow-ups since September 25, 2026, each reviewed and sent by me.
  • Voice Lens: my own voice profile for LeadJens content, built June 25, 2026, and the starting point for LeadJens content drafts.
  • The showing brief: used for a client tour on July 11, 2026.
  • Monthly client progress reports: drafted from the collector's data, and every one so far reviewed and sent by me. Automatic sending stays off.

What haven't you built yet?

Plenty, and it's better you hear it here than on a call.

  • Two-way sync with CRMs. The follow-up work runs from records I keep and from the CRM's own email tools.
  • Phone or text agents that answer new leads. My only voice AI does intake interviews for content.
  • Open-house sign-in and showing-feedback automation.
  • A review-request system across a whole past-client list. Review requests today cover the current closing.
  • Setups for teams with many users. Everything here runs for one person.
  • More than one named client result. Andrew is the one I can name; others will appear only with their permission and the numbers to back them.

If one of those is the job you need done, say so on a call. It tells me what to build next. Or start by seeing where you stand with the five-minute self-check.

Jens Hansen is a REALTOR® with Compass in Danville, CA (DRE #02274665), and the real estate work described on this page is from his own practice.
